Jason Plonski, CPXP, CPP
Executive Vice President of Healthcare Services
Jason has over 17 years of experience in healthcare parking services, encompassing both operations and sales. He began his career in operations, learning the parking business at one of the largest hospitals in the US. Jason was then promoted to Regional Director, overseeing the Midwest, where he managed over 25 hospitals and commercial and hospitality accounts. Jason enjoys working in this fast-paced industry while being able to impact the “patient experience.”
Jason holds the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and Certified Parking Professional (CPP) designations. Jason resides in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife and two children.

Anamaria Spiteri
VP Business Development of Healthcare Parking Services
Anamaria Spiteri serves as Vice President of Healthcare Services at Reimagined Parking, leading national strategy and business development for health system partnerships. She works with executive teams across the country to align mobility and access solutions with enterprise priorities, with a focus on enhancing the patient experience and supporting systemwide performance goals. Anamaria is driven by the belief that the patient journey begins at the curb and is passionate about helping health systems strengthen this critical first impression.
She brings over twelve years of experience in parking and transportation, with a background centered on healthcare environments and complex portfolio needs. Anamaria holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and resides in Wisconsin with her family.

Heath Hawkins, MHA
Director of Healthcare Services
Heath began his career in the hospitality industry, previously working with Marriott and Hilton before transitioning into the healthcare parking sector. With more than a decade of customer service leadership experience, Heath focuses on service quality across all operations to enhance the patient and visitor experience, satisfaction scores, and client engagement.
Heath holds a B.S. in Hospitality Administration and a M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University and resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
